Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

This Public Offer Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes an official offer by VideoTutorial.AI ("Seller") to any individual ("Buyer") to purchase the digital educational product described herein, on the terms and conditions set forth below.

This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with applicable law. By making a payment for the product, the Buyer accepts this offer in full and unconditionally (acceptance).

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with access to the digital educational product, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for the product in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Each module includes step-by-step lessons, practical examples, downloadable PDF summaries, presentations, and working workflows.

3. Moment of Acceptance

This Agreement is considered accepted (the offer is accepted) at the moment the Buyer completes payment for the product. The act of payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this Agreement.

4. Payment Procedure

  • Payment is made as a one-time charge of $249.00 USD
  • Payment is processed through the secure payment platform Stripe
  • Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, and other methods supported by Stripe
  • The product is considered paid in full once the payment is successfully processed by Stripe

5. Product Delivery

  • Access to the course is granted immediately after successful payment
  • The Buyer receives access through their account on the Website (videotutorial.ai)
  • If the Buyer does not have an account, one is created automatically using the email address provided during checkout
  • The Buyer is responsible for setting a password to secure their account

6. Rights and Obligations of the Seller

6.1 The Seller is obligated to:

  • Provide the Buyer with access to the course materials after receiving payment
  • Ensure the availability of the course materials through the Website
  • Protect the Buyer's personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy
  • Process refund requests in accordance with the Refund Policy

6.2 The Seller has the right to:

  • Modify the course content, including adding, updating, or reorganizing materials
  • Change the price of the product for future purchases (this does not affect completed purchases)
  • Suspend or terminate the Buyer's access in case of violation of the Terms of Service

7. Rights and Obligations of the Buyer

7.1 The Buyer is obligated to:

  • Pay for the product in full before receiving access
  • Provide accurate and valid contact information (email address)
  • Use the course materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not distribute, share, resell, or publicly reproduce any course materials
  • Not share account access credentials with third parties

7.2 The Buyer has the right to:

  • Access all course materials included in the purchased product
  • Download materials that are explicitly provided for download
  • Request a refund within 30 days of purchase in accordance with the Refund Policy
  • Contact the Seller for support regarding course access or content

8. Liability

  • The Seller is not responsible for the Buyer's inability to access the course due to technical issues on the Buyer's end (internet connection, browser compatibility, etc.)
  • The Seller does not guarantee any specific financial results or income from applying the knowledge gained from the course
  • The Seller's total liability under this Agreement is limited to the purchase price of the product ($249 USD)

9. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement if such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government actions, internet disruptions, or third-party service outages.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

11. Term and Termination

This Agreement comes into effect upon acceptance (payment) and remains in force for the duration of the Buyer's access to the course materials. The Agreement may be terminated:

  • By the Buyer requesting a refund within the applicable refund period
  • By the Seller in case of violation of the Terms of Service by the Buyer
  • By mutual agreement of both parties

12. Amendments

The Seller reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. The updated version will be published on the Website. Amendments do not apply retroactively to purchases made before the date of the amendment.
