This refund policy applies to the following product:
- AI Video Course — Full Access (one-time payment of $249 USD)
If you experience issues with your purchase, please contact us to discuss your situation. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address associated with your account
- Provide your approximate purchase date
3. Refund Processing
- Refund requests are typically reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during purchase
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- All refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor
4. Account Access After Refund
Upon processing a refund:
- Your access to the course materials will be revoked
- Your account will remain active, but the course will be marked as unpurchased
- Any downloaded materials should be deleted from your devices
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
6. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny a refund in the following cases:
- Evidence of abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refund requests)
- Violation of our Terms of Service, including sharing or redistributing course content
