What This AI Video Creation Course Teaches You to Make
The course is built around results you can show to a client or post the same day. Each lesson takes one task from a blank prompt to a finished image or clip, and the prompts used on screen come with the course as files.
Swap outfits on a model photo
Take a flat product shot of a shirt or jacket and put it on a model in a new pose. Lesson 3.3 runs the whole AI photoshoot in under seven minutes.
Move a portrait to a new place
Change the background, light and season around the same face. Lesson 3.4 starts from an old scanned photo and ends with a colour portrait in a new setting.
Keep one character in every scene
Brands and storytellers need the same person across many frames. Lesson 3.5 shows how to fix a character's look and reuse it in new outfits and locations.
Turn a still image into video
Module 4 opens with an 11-minute lesson on animating a picture in Veo 3, then moves on to text-to-video, greetings, morphing and multi-part ads.
Watch Three Free Previews
Short videos from the author about how AI changes content production and where the paid work is. Watch them first to see if the teaching style suits you.
Course Curriculum: 5 Modules, 19 Lessons
About 1 hour 37 minutes of video in total. Modules 1 and 2 are short primers of a few minutes each. Most of the time, around 87 minutes, goes to hands-on work with images and video in Modules 3 and 4.
Module 1 AI basics 3 lessons · 4 min
What neural networks are, the four model families you will meet (language models, diffusion models, generative video and multimodal AI), and what each one is good for. No maths and no jargon beyond what the later lessons use.
Module 2 The art of prompting 3 lessons · 3 min
A prompt has four parts: context, task, format and style. You learn the four prompt types, how to split a big request into steps, and the four mistakes that waste the most generations: vague requests, missing context, ignored format and contradictory instructions.
Module 3 AI images and photoshoots 7 lessons · 43 min
The longest image block, all done in Nano Banana. You go from the interface tour to outfit changes, new backgrounds, consistent characters and product images, and finish with a 10-minute lesson on running a paid photoshoot for a client.
Module 4 AI video and visual effects 5 lessons · 44 min
Video work in Google's Veo 3. You animate stills, write motion prompts for text-to-video, make personal video greetings, morph one character into another and, in the longest lesson of the course, assemble a multi-part ad for a client.
Module 5 Monetizing your skills 1 lesson + PDF guide
Eight service niches, from social media graphics and product visuals to AI characters and Etsy digital products, plus the eight freelance platforms where buyers look for this work. The PDF guide covers the Veo 3 and Whisk workflow in more detail.
AI Tools You Will Work With
The lessons stick to a small set of Google tools so you learn one workflow well instead of ten superficially. Tool subscriptions are not part of the course price.
Nano Banana for images
Nano Banana is the image model inside Google Gemini. It edits photos from plain-language instructions, which makes it the main tool for outfit swaps, background changes and characters. All seven lessons of Module 3 use it.
Veo 3 for video
Veo 3 is Google's video model, used here through the Flow interface. It makes short clips from text or from a start image. Module 4 shows how to plan several clips and join them into one ad.
Whisk for quick remixes
Whisk, from Google Labs, combines a subject, a scene and a style from reference images. The Module 5 guide uses it together with Veo 3 to produce content faster for clients.
Chat assistants for prompts
ChatGPT or Gemini help you draft and refine prompts. Module 1 compares the main model types, including Midjourney, Runway, Kling and Sora, so you know what else exists and when it might fit better.
How the Course Works, Step by Step
You can finish the videos in one evening. Doing the exercises alongside them usually takes a few weeks, depending on how much time you give it.
- Create an account and pay once. Payment is handled by Stripe. The course unlocks in your dashboard straight away.
- Watch Modules 1 and 2 first. Seven minutes of basics on model types and prompt structure make every later lesson easier to follow.
- Practise images in Module 3. Open the matching prompt file, repeat the lesson on your own photos, then change one part of the prompt at a time.
- Animate your images in Module 4. Use the stills you made as start frames for Veo 3 clips, then try text-to-video and a short multi-part ad.
- Choose a niche and publish a portfolio. Module 5 lists eight niches and eight freelance platforms. Pick one of each and post your first five pieces.
Who This Video Creation Course Is For
The course is written for beginners. If you can use a phone and a browser, you have the technical skills you need.
It is not a classic video editing course. There are no lessons on Premiere Pro, Final Cut, iMovie or camera work. If you already edit professionally, you will still learn the AI generation side, but expect the first two modules to be familiar.
Examples Made With the Lesson Techniques
Frames from the lesson materials. Each one was made with prompts shown in the course, and most took two or three attempts to get right.
Course vs. Free YouTube Tutorials
Free videos are a good way to start, and three of ours are free above. Here is what you get by paying for the structured version.
| What matters | Free tutorials | VideoTutorial.AI |
|---|---|---|
| Order of topics | You piece it together from many channels | 5 modules in a fixed order, from basics to selling |
| Prompts | Shown on screen, often cut off | 7 prompt files you can copy and edit |
| Client work | Rarely covered | Client photoshoots and a multi-part ad, 25 minutes in total |
| Selling your skills | General advice | 8 niches and 8 freelance platforms |
| Reading material | None | 4 PDF guides, including a Nano Banana mistakes checklist |
| Cost | Free | $249 once, no subscription |
Five Mistakes the Lessons Help You Avoid
These come up again and again when beginners first try AI image and video tools. Each one has its own part in Modules 3 and 4.
- Vague prompts. "A nice video of a car" gives a random result. The lessons show how to name the subject, action, camera, light and mood in one prompt.
- Wrong aspect ratio. A horizontal clip cropped for Reels loses half the frame. Set 9:16, 1:1 or 16:9 before generating, not after.
- Accepting the first result. Professionals generate several versions and change one variable at a time. The course calls this the research, construct, generate, refine loop.
- Skipping test runs. Video generations cost credits. Test the motion on a short, cheap run before you make the final clip.
- Ignoring physics. Motion prompts that break gravity or anatomy produce warped hands and floating objects. Module 4 shows how to describe movement the model can render.
Earning With AI Video Skills: A Realistic View
The course shows where demand exists. It does not promise income: results depend on your portfolio, your niche and how much you pitch.
Eight niches covered in Module 5
- Social media graphics
- AI video for local businesses
- Face swap services
- Content for bloggers
- AI characters and stylization
- Digital products on Etsy
- Marketing creatives
- AI-enhanced presentations
Where buyers look for this work
Module 5 walks through eight freelance platforms: Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer.com, Contra, PeoplePerHour, Twine, Vollna and AIArtistJobs. Most beginners start with one general marketplace and one specialist site.
Small gigs such as a single edited photo sell for a few dollars. Ad videos and full photoshoots for businesses are priced per project and pay more, but they need a portfolio first. That is why the course ends with building one.
